Professional Qualification
We encourage our colleagues to pursue academic and professional qualifications. We assign HKIS and RICS qualified supervisor and counsellor to those who are going to attend the assessment of professional competence (APC). We also arrange regular review, training, mock assessment and interview etc. to equip our colleagues with the necessary professional skills and knowledge.
Training and Development
We trust that continuous learning is an effective means to continuous improvement. We arrange various trainings to our colleagues. We also provide workshops and seminars to our partners and industry practitioners for good industry practice and knowledge sharing.
Internship
We provide internship arrangement for universities and educational institutes students to have a real-life working experience during the study period. We trust it is a valuable experience to equip our young professionals to kick off their career development.
